Eysenck Personality Profiler (EPP) is now available for use in assessment and evaluation in both commercial and research work.

	The EPP is available for assessment on the internet & your intranet. State of the art delivery methods and security techniques are used, whilst making the control panel particularly user friendly.
	The EPP measures your choice of up to 21scales of personality that are consistent with the Giant Three dimensions of personality (Extraversion, Neuroticism and Psychoticism) as defined by Professor Hans Eysenck.

Important: Please note that all demonstration profiles will be visible to all other demonstration users and that demonstration profiles have a small random error in them that makes them unsuitable for commercial or research use. Use of the system for anything other than evaluation is expressly forbidden and is unethical and misleading. The demo system is available solely for use by prospective purchasers to review our system

Using the EPP Control Panel

The administrator of the EPP has access to the control panel which provides options to deliver the questionnaire and view results. You must keep your user password and company password secret.

Delivery options Create a new questionset. Use this option to select the scales that you wish to administer. (Not necessary to use this option if using default selection.) Examine new candidate. Use this option to administer the EPP to yourself or a candidate sitting next to you. Enable remote questionnaire. Use this option to assign some of your profiles to a remote delivery page (i.e. if the people being tested access the questionnaire over the internet). Be sure to tell your candidates that the access page is http://www.cymeon.com/EPP-I/RemoteCandidate.aspl and the access password that you have set up for them. (Disabled option in demonstration use) Disable remote questionnaire.

Training in use of the EPP & Price of the EPP

It is essential that any personality questionnaire which is designed to show weaknesses as well as strengths involves test administrators who can use their expert knowledge to make informed judgements about a candidate. The British Psychological Society certify training courses in psychological testing. Level A is for ability tests and Level B is for personality tests such as the EPP. You must do Level A before progressing to Level B.

Use of the EPP on your intranet

After obtaining written prior permission from us you can import the login page onto your intranet for easy access by your users. (Even easier access can be obtained by making the login passwords hidden fields). 

Alternatively, we may allow you to install the software on your windows server.
