After entry of your password, you move to the instruction page and then to the questionnaire. Please do this in one sitting and without distraction. After submission of questionnaire, your self-development report will automatically open. If you experience problems, and you completed in one sitting and without distraction, then you need to see your IT Manager as there may be a firewall blocking access. If you were distracted and you took too long to complete then you will need to take the questionnaire again. Please tell your learning administrator.
